Warranty Policy for Elite Glass Company:

Thank you for choosing Elite Glass Company for your glass installation needs. We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Please read our warranty policy carefully to understand the coverage and limitations.

Coverage:

Our warranty covers leakage and glass failure for a period of up to 6 months from the date of installation. If you experience any issues related to leakage or glass failure during this period, we will repair or replace the affected glass product at no additional cost.

Limitations:

- Breakage: Please note that we do not cover breakage of glass once it has been installed. Breakage is considered out of our control once the glass has been delivered and installed. We recommend handling and using the glass products with care to prevent breakage.

- Tampering: Our warranty does not cover any issues that arise due to tampering with the glass products or installation. Any unauthorized modifications or adjustments to the glass will void the warranty.

- Accessories and Films: Our warranty does not cover damages caused by accessories or films that are in direct contact with the glass surface. Please ensure that any accessories or films applied to the glass are compatible and do not cause damage.

- Scratches: Minor scratches that do not affect the structural integrity of the glass are not covered under our warranty.

How to Claim Warranty:

If you believe that your glass product is experiencing leakage or glass failure within the warranty period, please contact us at christina@eliteglasscompany.net to file a warranty claim. Our team will assess the issue and provide a solution in accordance with our warranty terms.
